Review of 2013

I closed down the business in Oct 2012.  So, I only had lessons in the morning and had a short translation contract in Feb 2013.  So all in all it was a quiet year.

2012, My friend Jungnam died of colon cancer on the Budha's birthday in May
Around the same time, a friend of mine's older brother from Montreal - from my teenage years showed up - grey hair, eyebrows and penniless and hungry from not eating for 3 days.  He had a huge lunch and took a part of the money I was going to give at the funeral.  He had an unreasonable expectation of me.  It was sad to see.  He was so bright, smart and good looking young man.  I had a mini crush on him before and asked him to bring me to the prom.

2013: I had trips abroad: Tokyo, Washington, D.C., New York, Boston, Cancun.

didn't make a lot of money but seemed productive in other ways.

I completed assisting with landmark after 6 years and 2 months.

Started taking ballet again in 2012.

Started Results Korea in 2013

Granma passed away on May 3rd 2013.  She was almost 102 - about 1 1/2 month shy of her 102nd birthday.  I miss her very much!

BioGenesis Star Chamber

At the recommendation of a friend, I have accepted to host "Chamber of Eternal Light".  I don't exactly know what it is about but as I was reading through some of the materials on their site, I am one of those people who are born to set up the foundation for those to come for thousands of years.  I am intrigued.  It went back to the sender for some reason when it was sent to me for the first time.  This time, I was sensing this coming.  When I heard footsteps downstairs, I knew it was the Chamber arriving.  I also heard chiming, - like clinking of crystals.

I admit out of curiosity, I took out one to look at one of the stars.  The shape fascinated me.  I am excited to find out what will be in store.

Dream journal

I had a dream that I was at a beautiful spa resort.  It had interesting looking individual pools (hot water pools).  I wanted to try the water but Mom didn't think it was safe.  So I decided to go shopping instead.  There was a souvenir shop called "Bamboo".  All of their products are made from bamboo.  I picked up a product that looked like a shell - it was made from wood.  I was asking for price and the shop keeper told be $50.  I was pondering to buy it.  But alarm rang and I woke up.
